Lincecum (deceased) and Morris Young, guardian of Rezin & Ibby Lincecum February 13, 1834 Court finds that Harmon is the only surviving legitimate child & heir of Asa B. Lincecum. Estate goes to Harmon. June 12, 1834 - Appealed to Supreme Court October 16, 1834 - Suit discontinued by plaintiff October 29, 1840 Plaintiff: Morris Young guardian of Ibby Defendant: Christian Eaker & Martin Snider Def owes plain $278 mill costs.
