      Court finds that Harmon is the only surviving legitimate child & heir of Asa B. Lincecum. Estate goes to Harmon.

      Harmon [Asa] lived Putnam & Clark Co, GA before moving to Mo.
      Asa & Melinda never divorced, just separated by mutual consent.
