      Morris Yates III
      "TENNILLE -- Services for Morris Leonard Yates III will be at 3 p.m. today at Bethesda Christian Church with burial in Deepstep United Methodist Church Cemetery. Yates, 50, died Saturday, December 2, 2000 at University Hospital, Atlanta. A native of Washington County, he was the son of the late Morris L. Yates Jr. and the late Effie Cummings Yates. He was a captain with the Sandersville Fire Department and an EMT with the Washington County Ambulance Service. Morris was a member of Bethesda Christian Church where he served as a deacon."
